Common use of BROKERAGE OR COMMISSIONS Clause in Contracts

BROKERAGE OR COMMISSIONS. No person is entitled to receive from the Company or any Vendor or Related Person or a connected person of any of them, a finder's fee, brokerage or commission or other benefit in connection with this agreement or anything in it and in particular the Company is not liable to pay or give to any of its directors, officers, employees, agents and advisers any sum or benefit whatsoever in connection with the sale of the Shares and no such person has any interest in such sale.

BROKERAGE OR COMMISSIONS. No person is entitled to receive from the Company (or any Vendor or Related Person or from the Purchaser as a connected person result of any of them, action or omission by the Company) a finder's fee, brokerage or commission or other benefit in connection with this agreement or anything in it and in particular the Company is not liable to pay any sums whatsoever or give any benefit to any of its directors, officers, employees, agents and advisers any sum or benefit whatsoever in connection with the sale of the Shares and no such person has Vendor Associate is liable to pay any interest sum whatsoever or give any benefit to any of the Company's directors or employees in such saleconnection with the sale of the shares.
