BROKERAGE OR COMMISSIONS. No person is entitled to receive from the Company or any Vendor or Related Person or a connected person of any of them, a finder's fee, brokerage or commission or other benefit in connection with this agreement or anything in it and in particular the Company is not liable to pay or give to any of its directors, officers, employees, agents and advisers any sum or benefit whatsoever in connection with the sale of the Shares and no such person has any interest in such sale.
