Common use of Brokers; Agents Clause in Contracts

Brokers; Agents. None of the Parent or any of its Affiliates has dealt with any agent, finder, broker or other representative in any manner which could result in the Securityholders or, if the Closing does not occur, the Company or a Company Subsidiary being liable for any fee or commission in the nature of a finder’s or originator’s fee in connection with the Transactions.
