Common use of Brokers’ and Finders’ Fees Clause in Contracts

Brokers’ and Finders’ Fees. To the knowledge of the Company, no Person has, or as a result of the transactions contemplated or described herein will have, any right or valid claim against the Company for any commission, fee or other compensation as a finder or broker, or in any similar capacity.
