Brokers and Finders. No There is no investment banker, broker, finder, financial advisor finder or other intermediary which has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Buyer Seller or any of its Affiliates who is might be entitled to receive from Seller any fee or commission from Purchasers or any of their Affiliates in connection with the transactions contemplated by this AgreementAgreement or the Ancillary Agreements.

Brokers and Finders. No There is no investment banker, broker, finder, financial advisor finder or other intermediary which has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Buyer such Seller, or any Affiliate of such Seller, who is might be entitled to receive from Seller any fee or commission from such Seller, or any Affiliate of such Seller, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and Sellers jointly and severally agree to indemnify, defend and hold Buyer harmless against claims for same.
