Common use of Broker’s Commission Clause in Contracts

Broker’s Commission. Each of the parties represents and warrants to the other that there are no claims for broker's commissions or finders' fees payable in connection with the execution of this Lease. Each party agrees to indemnify and save harmless the other party from any claim for a brokerage commission or finder's fee arising as a result of claims made as a result of the actions of the indemnifying party.

Broker’s Commission. Each of the parties represents and warrants to the other that there are no claims for broker's brokerage commissions or finders' fees payable in connection with the execution of this Lease.
