Common use of Broker’s Commissions Clause in Contracts

Broker’s Commissions. Tenant represents and warrants that there are no claims for brokerage commissions or finder's fees in connection with this Lease and agrees to indemnify Landlord against and hold it harmless from all liabilities arising from such claim, including any attorneys' fees connected therewith.
