Common use of Brokers’ Fees; Transaction Fees Clause in Contracts

Brokers’ Fees; Transaction Fees. Except as disclosed on Schedule 3.17 and except for fees payable to the Agents and Lenders, none of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries has any obligation to any Person in respect of any finder’s, broker’s or investment banker’s fee in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Brokers’ Fees; Transaction Fees. Except as disclosed on Schedule 3.17 and except for fees payable to Agent and Lenders and for the Agents and Lendersfees specified on Schedule 3.17 to be paid on the Closing Date, none of the Credit Parties or any of their respective Subsidiaries has any obligation to any Person in respect of any finder’s, broker’s or investment banker’s fee in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
