Common use of Brokers, Finders and Agents Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders and Agents. The Borrower has not employed or engaged any broker, finder or agent who may claim a commission or fee or other compensation with respect to the Revolving Commitment. The Borrower will indemnify the Lenders against all claims of brokers for commissions or fees in connection with the revolving Commitment and all losses, damages, costs and charges (including attorneys’ fees) which the Lenders may sustain because of such claims or in consequence of defending against such claims.
