Common use of Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.20, none of the Company nor any officer, shareholder, director or employee of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any Liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees or finders’ fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.204.26, none of the Company nor any officer, shareholder, director or employee of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company its Subsidiaries has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any Liability liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees or finders’ fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Except for the Company Transaction Costs or as set forth on Schedule 4.203.21, none of the Company nor any officer, shareholder, director or employee of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company has not employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any Liability liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees or finders’ fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
