Common use of Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers Clause in Contracts

None of Purchaser or any of its executive officers or directors has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees or finders’ fees in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.

None of Purchaser the Sellers, Company or the Company Subsidiaries nor any of its executive officers their officers, directors or directors employees has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees or finders’ ' fees in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreementhereby, other than Lathxx Xxxsxxxx & Xavix.
