Common use of Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers. Neither the Company, the Member, nor any officer, manager or employee of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company, has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees, finder’s fees or similar fees in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers. Neither the Company, the MemberCompany nor any of its Affiliates, nor any officerof their respective partners, manager members, shareholders, directors, officers or employee of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company, employees has employed or retained any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees, finder’s fees or similar finders’ fees in connection with the transactions contemplated herebyhereby for which any of the other Parties has liability.
