Common use of Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders and Investment Bankers. Other than as set forth on Schedule 4.27, none of the Acquired Companies, nor any officer, director, manager, employee, member, shareholder or Affiliate of any Acquired Company, has employed any broker, finder or investment banker or incurred any liability for any investment banking fees, financial advisory fees, brokerage fees or finders’ fees in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
