Common use of Brokers, Finders and Others Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders and Others. Except for the fees paid or payable to Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxx, Inc., Seller’s financial advisor (“Seller’s Financial Advisor”), there are no fees or commissions of any sort whatsoever payable by Seller or Seller Sub to, or, to the knowledge of Seller, claimed by, any broker, finder, intermediary, or any other similar person in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except for ordinary and customary legal and accounting fees.

Brokers, Finders and Others. Except for the fees paid or payable to Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxx, Inc., Seller’s financial advisor (“Seller’s Financial Advisor”), there are no fees or commissions of any sort whatsoever claimed by, or payable by Seller or Seller Sub to, or, to the knowledge of Seller, claimed by, any broker, finder, intermediary, or any other similar person in connection with effecting this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except for ordinary and customary legal and accounting fees.

Except for the fees paid or payable to Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & XxxxxAssociates, Inc., SellerBuyer’s financial advisor (“SellerBuyer’s Financial Advisor”), there are no fees or commissions of any sort whatsoever claimed by, or payable by Seller Buyer or Seller Buyer Sub to, or, to the knowledge of Seller, claimed by, any broker, finder, intermediary, intermediary or any other similar person in connection with effecting this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except for ordinary and customary legal and accounting fees.
