Common use of Brokers, Finders and Others Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders and Others. Landlord and Tenant each warrant and represent to the other that it has had no compensable dealings, negotiations, agreements, consultations or other transactions with any broker, finder, or other intermediary in respect of the Premises or this Lease Agreement, and that no Person is entitled to any brokerage fee, commission, or other payment in respect of this Lease Agreement, the transactions contemplated thereby and/or the Premises, arising from agreements, arrangements or undertakings made or effected by it with any third Persons.
