Common use of Brokers, Finders and Others Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders and Others. Except for the fees paid or payable to Mufson Xxxx Xxxxxx & Co, LLC, Seller’s financial advisor (“Seller’s Financial Advisor”), there are no fees or commissions of any sort whatsoever claimed by, or payable by Seller or Seller Sub to, any broker, finder, intermediary, or any other similar person in connection with effecting this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except for ordinary and customary legal and accounting fees.
