Common use of Brokers, Finders and Others Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders and Others. Except for the fees paid or payable to X. X. Xxxxxxxx & Co., Buyer’s financial advisor (“Buyer’s Financial Advisor”), there are no fees or commissions of any sort whatsoever payable by Buyer or Buyer Sub to, or, to the knowledge of Buyer, claimed by, any broker, finder, intermediary or any other similar person in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, except for ordinary and customary legal and accounting fees.
