Brokers, Finders, etc. Sellers have neither employed, nor are subject to any valid claim of, any broker, finder, consultant or other intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement who is or may be entitled to a fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
