Common use of Brokers, Finders, etc Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders, etc. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company or its Affiliates.

Brokers, Finders, etc. No agent, broker, finder investment banker, financial advisor or investment banker other firm or Person is or will be entitled to any brokerage, broker’s or finder’s or other fee or any other similar commission or fee in connection with the consummation any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of the Company or its Affiliatesother Transaction Documents.

Brokers, Finders, etc. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s 's or other fee or commission in connection with the consummation of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement hereby based upon arrangements any agreements, written or oral, made by or on behalf of the Company Company, any of its Affiliates or its Affiliatesby or on behalf of any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents.

Brokers, Finders, etc. No broker, finder or finder, financial advisor, investment banker or similar Person is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with the consummation origin, negotiation or execution of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of in connection with the Company or its AffiliatesTransactions.

Brokers, Finders, etc. No Except for the services of the Seller Financial Advisor, no broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s or other fee similar fee, commission or commission expenses in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of Seller, any Continuing Affiliate or any Business Entity. Seller is solely responsible for such fees and expenses of the Company or its AffiliatesSeller Financial Advisor.

Brokers, Finders, etc. No broker, finder or investment banker is entitled to any brokerage, finder’s 's or other fee or commission in connection with this agreement and the consummation of Transaction Documents or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement hereby and thereby based upon arrangements any agreements, written or oral, made by or on behalf of the Company SportsLine Companies or its Affiliatesby or on behalf of any director, officer, employee, agent or Affiliate of the SportsLine Companies.
