Broker’s, Finder’s or Other Fees. Except for reasonable fees and expenses of ONB’s attorneys, accountants and investment bankers, all of which shall be paid by ONB at or prior to the Effective Time, and except as set forth in the ONB Disclosure Schedule, no agent, broker or other Person acting on behalf of ONB or under any authority of ONB is or shall be entitled to any commission, broker’s or finder’s fee or any other form of compensation or payment from any of the parties hereto relating to this Agreement and the Merger contemplated hereby.
