Common use of Brokers, Finders Clause in Contracts

No agent, broker, investment banker, Person or firm acting on behalf of the Buyer or BBLU or any firm or corporation affiliated with the Buyer or BBLU or under the authority of either the Buyer or BBLU is or will be entitled to any brokers’ or finders’ fee or any other commission or similar fee in connection with the Merger contemplated hereby.
