Common use of Brokers, Finders Clause in Contracts

No agent, broker, investment banker, person or firm acting on behalf of the Buyer or any firm or Incorporated affiliated with the Buyer or under the authority of the Buyer is or will be entitled to any brokers' or finders' fee or any other commission or similar fee in connection with any of the transactions contemplated hereby.
