Common use of BROKER'S INDEMNIFICATION Clause in Contracts

BROKER'S INDEMNIFICATION. As part of the consideration for the granting of this Lease, Tenant represents and warrants to Landlord that no broker or agent negotiated or was instrumental in the negotiation or consummation of this Lease. Tenant agrees to indemnify Landlord against any loss, expense, cost or liability incurred by Landlord as a result of any claims by any broker claiming to have represented Tenant in this transaction.
