Common use of Broker’s or Finder’s Commissions Clause in Contracts

Broker’s or Finder’s Commissions. Other than the fee payable to the Placement Agent, no broker's or finder's or placement fee or commission will be payable with respect to the sale or the issuance of the Securities contemplated hereby or by the Ancillary Agreements as a result of any act or omission by the Company, and the Company will hold Purchaser harmless from any claim, demand or liability for broker's or finder's or placement fees or commissions alleged to have been incurred in connection with the sale or the issuance of the Securities due to any actions or omissions by the Company or its Subsidiaries or any of their respective directors, officers or agents.
