Common use of Broker’s or Finder’s Fee Clause in Contracts

Neither Acquiror nor any of its Subsidiaries has any liability or obligation to pay any fees or commissions to any broker, finder or other agent with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Ancillary Agreements for which Seller or any of its Subsidiaries could become liable or obligated.
