Common use of Broker’s or Finder’s Fee Clause in Contracts

Broker’s or Finder’s Fee. No agent, broker, person or firm acting on behalf of Buyer is, or will be, entitled to any commission or broker’s or finder’s fees from Buyer, or from any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with Buyer, in connection with any of the transactions contemplated herein.

Broker’s or Finder’s Fee. No agent, broker, person or firm Person acting on behalf of Buyer is, or will shall be, entitled to any commission or broker’s or fees, finder’s fees or commissions from Buyer, Buyer or from any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with Buyer, Seller in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereinhereby.

No agent, broker, person or firm Person acting on behalf of Buyer is, Purchaser is or will be, shall be entitled to any fee, commission or broker’s or finder’s fees from Buyer, or from any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with Buyer, in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereinhereby from any of the other parties hereto or from any Affiliate of the other parties hereto.

No agent, broker, person Person or firm acting on behalf of Buyer Sellers is, or will shall be, entitled to any commission or broker’s or fees, finder’s fees or other fees or commissions from Buyer, or from any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with Buyer, Sellers in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereinhereby. Neither Purchaser nor Xxxxxxx shall have any obligation to pay any fees or commissions to any such persons or entities.

No agent, broker, person Person or firm acting on behalf of Buyer Purchaser is, or will shall be, entitled to any commission or broker’s or fees, finder’s fees or other fees or commissions from Buyer, or from any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with Buyer, Purchaser in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereinhereby. No Seller shall have any obligation to pay any fees or commissions to any such persons or entities.
