Common use of Broker’s or Finder’s Fee Clause in Contracts

Broker’s or Finder’s Fee. No broker’s or finder’s fee or commission is or will be payable in connection with this Agreement, the transactions contemplated hereby, or the transactions consummated with the Advances of the Loan. Borrower hereby agrees to save harmless and indemnify Lender from and against any claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, or liabilities, including Lender’s reasonable and actual attorneys’ fees and costs of suit, arising out of or in connection with any such fee or commission.
