Bruker's Duty To Defend. Bruker will, at its expense, defend or settle any third party claim asserted against HP based on an allegation of infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights in the Bruker Core Areas. Bruker will pay all costs, damages and expenses awarded by a court or agreed to in settlement, arising from such third party claim against HP.
