BSP Indemnifies Datec. The BSP indemnifies Datec against all Damages that Datec may sustain or incur (including those sustained or incurred as a result of a claim by a third party against Datec or any related company as a result of: (a) any injury to or death of any person arising out of or in any way relating to this agreement; or (b) damage to any real or tangible property, caused by an act or omission of the BSP or its personnel.
