Budget Amendments and Amendment Process. Whenever it is determined by the Project Manager, the Finance Agent, or a Party that the budget should be amended, the Project Manager in consultation with the Parties shall prepare a budget amendment for consideration. The agreement of the Full Funders is required to amend an approved budget. A Full Funder’s approval of a budget amendment shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. A budget amendment is binding only upon Full Funders.
