Budget Balancing. At the time and in the amounts required by Lender, Borrower shall deposit Borrower’s funds in a special interest-bearing account established by Lender should it appear at any time that the Loan is not “in balance” in accordance with the provisions of Section 3(b)(ii)(C)(3) hereof, and such funds shall be disbursed from such account in the manner provided herein.
