Common use of Budget Neutrality Agreement Clause in Contracts

Budget Neutrality Agreement. For purposes of this section, the term “expenditures subject to the budget neutrality agreement” means expenditures for the EGs outlined in section IV of the STCs, except where specifically exempted. All expenditures that are subject to the budget neutrality agreement are considered demonstration expenditures and must be reported on Forms CMS-64.9 Waiver and /or 64.9P Waiver.
