Budget Provision. 7.1 The pooled budget relate to the partnership staffing and associated costs only (Schedule 5). 7.2 All other costs associated with the resources listed in Clause 5.1 remain with the appropriate Partner. 7.3 The Partner concerned shall nominate a specific individual to act as Budget Holder and shall notify the Manager.   • Agreement Provisions If the Company, on behalf of any Account, purchases Trust Portfolio shares (“Eligible Shares”) that are subject to a Rule 12b-1 plan adopted under the 1940 Act (the “Plan”), the Company, on behalf of its Distributor, may participate in the Plan.
