Common use of Budgets and Financial Projections Clause in Contracts

Budgets and Financial Projections. Venator will, as promptly as practicable, deliver to Huntsman copies of all annual budgets and financial projections (consistent in terms of format and detail mutually agreed upon by the Parties) relating to Venator on a consolidated basis and will provide Huntsman an opportunity to meet with management of Venator to discuss such budgets and projections.
