Budgets and Projections. OWW shall, as promptly as practicable (but in no event later than December 1 of each year), deliver to Travelport copies of annual and other budgets and financial projections (consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with the procedures in effect on the date hereof) relating to any member of the OWW Affiliated Group and shall provide Travelport an opportunity to meet with management of OWW to discuss such budgets and projections.
