Common use of BUFFER AREA Clause in Contracts

BUFFER AREA. The Owner agrees to landscape all of the buffer and/or planting areas shown on the Site Plan and/or the Site Services Plan annexed hereto and marked Schedule “B”, "C" and “D” within one year of commencement of construction as determined by the Chief Building Official.

BUFFER AREA. The Owner agrees to landscape all of the buffer and/or planting areas shown on the Site Plan and/or the Site Services Plan annexed hereto and marked Schedule Schedules “B”, "“C" ” and “D” within one year of commencement of construction as determined by the Chief Building Official.

BUFFER AREA. The Owner agrees to landscape all of the buffer and/or planting areas shown on the Site Plan and/or the Site Services Plan annexed hereto and marked Schedule “B”, ” and "C" and “D” within one year SIX (6) months of commencement of construction as determined by the Chief Building Official.

The Owner agrees to landscape all of the buffer and/or planting areas shown on the Site Plan and/or the Site Services Servicing, Grading & Plan annexed hereto and marked Schedule “B”, ” and "C" and “D” within one year SIX (6) months of commencement of construction as determined by the Chief Building Official.

BUFFER AREA. The Owner agrees to landscape all of the buffer and/or planting areas shown on the Site Plan and/or the Site Services Landscape Plan annexed hereto and marked Schedule “B”, ” and "CE" and “D” within one year SIX (6) months of commencement of construction as determined by the Chief Building Official.

BUFFER AREA. The Owner agrees to landscape all of the buffer and/or planting areas shown on the Site Plan and/or the , Site Services Plan, and Landscape Plan annexed hereto and marked Schedule “B”A” , B and "CD" and “D” within one year the time set out for fulfilment of commencement of construction the covenants as determined by the Chief Building Officialnoted in section 3.3. below.
