Common use of BUG FIXES, ENHANCEMENTS, ETC Clause in Contracts

BUG FIXES, ENHANCEMENTS, ETC. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, but subject to the limited warranty obligations of CCC in Section 7.1.2 and HHH in Section 7.4.2, nothing herein obligates CCC or HHH to prepare or make any Error Corrections, updates, upgrades, enhancements and new releases with respect to any of the software licensed by such Party under Section 2.1 or 2.2, as the case may be (it being agreed and acknowledged that such Party's obligation, subject to Sections 7.1.2 and 7.4.2, is limited to licensing any Error Corrections, updates, upgrades, enhancements and new releases that such Party, in its discretion, determines to make). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, nothing shall obligate either Party to undertake additional efforts or otherwise assist the other Party with the integration of any such new updates, upgrades, enhancements and new releases of such Party with any software licensed by such Party that has been modified by the other Party.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, nothing shall obligate either Party to undertake additional efforts or otherwise assist the other Party with the integration of any such new updates, upgrades, enhancements and new releases of such Party with any software licensed by such Party that has been modified by the other Party.
