Builder. (i) The Builder shall safely store and handle the Buyer’s Supplies after delivery thereof at a warehouse or other storage facility at the Shipyard or elsewhere as determined by the Builder and shall, at its own cost, expense and responsibility, install them in or on the Vessel in accordance with the Specification, provided that the Builder shall not be responsible for the quality, efficiency and/or performance of any of the Buyer’s Supplies.

Builder. Any person, sole trader, partnership or company who constructs the Housing Unit(s) at the New Development.
Builder. “BUILDER” means an entity that will be constructing a residence on a lot in the FINAL PLAT.
Builder. For the purposes herein, the term “Builder” shall include the builder named herein, plus any other builder which may share any common ownership with Builder and any employee, owner, director or officer of Builder. So, for example, if Builder constructs a home for Prospect through an affiliated and commonly owned company, Builder shall still be obligated to pay Broker the compensation referred above.

Builder. “Builder” shall mean any entity or person engaged principally in the business of construction of properties and to whom a Developer sells or has sold one or more lots on which the property construction will take place. A Builder shall not include a Developer engaged solely in selling the lot on which such property is constructed, who does not have the authority to manage or control the actual construction. Other entities or persons excluded from the term Builder include, but are not limited to, subcontractors, material suppliers, installers, and design professionals.
Builder. The term “Builder” shall mean Green Builders, Inc., a Texas corporation. It is contemplated that Builder may take title to the Lots for the purpose of constructing Improvements on the Lots. Whenever in this Agreement there is a reference to liens to be granted on Lots by Borrower, it shall be construed to mean, if applicable, liens granted by Builder if Builder takes title to such Lots.
Builder. Hanwha Engineering & Construction Corp., a joint stock company organized and existing under the laws of the Korea, having its head office at 81 Daeeun-ro, Siheung-si (Daeya-dong), Gyeonggi-do, Korea (the “Builder”).
