Building 2. The other Building (“Building 2”) will be focused on the production of Drug Product using Drug Substance that is produced in Building 1 or elsewhere. Amneal shall ensure that Building 2 will be designed to accommodate a production capacity of at least one-hundred million (100,000,000) Units of Drug Product per year (on the basis of two (2) cartridge lines as further described in the Project Description in Exhibit A), and otherwise be designed in accordance with the Project Description.

Building 2. The Employer provides long-term care monitored by the Ministry of Health. [3] The Employer largely serves the Eastern European and Polish community in the Roncesvalles area of Toronto. The residents of the long- term care building are mainly from the Polish community. [4] The Union represents approximately 339 “service” employees employed by the Employer (126 Full-time and 213 Part-time). The employees perform work in classifications including; RNs, RPNs, PSWs, Cooks, Nurses Aides, Activation Aides, Housekeeping Aides, Laundry Aides, Residential Aides, Dietary Aides, Maintenance and Therapeutic workers. [5] The most recent collective agreement expired December 31, 2010. [6] The parties provided extensive Briefs and made oral submissions during the hearing held on January 16, 2012 in Toronto, Ontario. The Board held an Executive session by teleconference on April 17, 2012. [7] We have carefully reviewed the Briefs and considered the parties’ submissions in making our award. [8] The parties provided a list of agreed upon items, which shall be included in the collective agreement, see Tab 4 of the Union Brief. [9] The parties also agreed that the term of the collective agreement would be for two years beginning from the date of expiry of the most recent collective agreement. Accordingly, the term of the collective agreement will be from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012.
Building 2. Upon condition that (i) no Default is continuing under this Lease at the time of exercise or at the commencement of the applicable Building 2 Extension Term, and (ii) Tenant continues to physically occupy the entire Building 1 Premises, then Tenant shall have the right to extend the Building 2 Term for three periods of five years each (each, a “Building 2 Extension Term” and collectively, the “Building 2 Extension Terms”), by giving written notice to Landlord at least twelve (12) months prior to the Expiration of the Building 2 Initial Term or the immediately preceding Building 2 Extension Term, as applicable. The initial Monthly Base Rent (subject to Paragraph 4(b)) for the Building 2 Premises during the first Bxxxxxxx 0 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx shall be the greater of $38,167.50 or the Fair Market Rental Value for the Building 2 Premises as of the commencement of the first Bxxxxxxx 0 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx. The initial Monthly Base Rent (subject to Paragraph 4(b)) for the Building 2 Premises during each subsequent Building 2 Extension Term shall be the Fair Market Rental Value for the Building 2 Premises as of the commencement of the applicable Building 2 Extension Term.
