Building and Structural Works. a) Any alterations and additions to the ceiling shall be made of non-combustible materials. Changes to existing ceiling height must be indicated clearly. No PVC/plastic material is permitted for ceiling and wall finishes/fixtures due to toxicity reason unless otherwise specified by CMRL.
