Building Contractor. 8.1 The PURCHASER must ensure that the Building Contractor to be used by the PURCHASER to erect the building on THE PROPERTY, is registered and accredited by the TOWNSHIP DEVELOPER/OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION. 8.2 The PURCHASER and/or Building Contractor will not be allowed to carry on any building works on THE PROPERTY unless he is in possession of the two abovementioned Registration Certificates. 8.3 The Registration Certificate issued by the TOWNSHIP DEVELOPER/HOME OWNER’S ASSOCIATION will only be valid for a period of 12 (TWELVE) months after the issuing of such certificate and the PURCHASER and Building Contractor will therefore have to apply for such registration certificate on a yearly basis. 8.4 The TOWNSHIP DEVELOPER / HOME OWNER’S ASSOCIATION shall be entitled to refuse re- registration of any building contractor, should the standard of work and adherence to the Architectural Guidelines and/or security rules and management and control of the employees of the Contractor or of any of its sub-contractors, not be to the satisfaction of the TOWNSHIP DEVELOPER / HOME OWNER’S ASSOCIATION.
