ALL THAT piece and parcel of office space admeasuring 5563 Sq. ft. in the 3rd floor of the building “RAGULA TECH PARK”, demarcated in the floor plan annexed as Annexure A, bearing Door No. Type II/16, Dx.X.X.X.Xxxxxx, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 600 041, along with 6 reserved car-park slots ( 6 covered), area around the aforesaid building IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have hereunto set and subscribed their respective hands to the original and duplicate hereof on the day and year first here-in above written.
