Building Documents. To the extent not previously provided or made available to Purchaser, Seller shall make available to Purchaser within the two (2) day period from and after the date hereof, for Purchaser’s inspection and photocopying at Seller’s place of business, copies of all documents, instruments, reports, analyses, surveys, inspections and other information in Seller’s possession and relating to the Land and/or the condition or construction of the Improvements and/or the presence of any Hazardous Substances (as herein defined) in or around the Property, together with copies in Seller’s possession of any and all plans, operating statements, rent rolls, Service Contracts (hereinafter defined), engineering or architectural studies or reports and soil or environmental studies or reports; copies in Seller’s possession of any and all agreements, permits (including use and occupancy certificates and building permits) and approvals which the Seller has with any governmental authority pertaining to the Property; copies of the Seller’s existing title policy and all surveys; plats; engineering, mechanical, and architectural data in Seller’s possession relating to the Property, including if available “as-built” surveys and “as-built” site plans (including the current, approved site plan) relating to the Property; copies of all warranties and guaranties of every type in Seller’s possession with respect to the Property; a copy of Seller’s certificate of insurance evidencing insurance coverage on the Property; and a copy of most recent real estate tax ▇▇▇▇/assessment for the Property (collectively the “Building Documents”).

Building Documents. Within ______ ( ) days after the Effective Date (as hereinafter defined) , Seller shall have furnished to Purchaser the following documents (the "Building Documents") : i. copies of architectural drawings and plans and specifications for the Project in Seller's Possession (as hereinafter defined); ii. all Service Contracts, including, but not limited to, any and all utility contracts, construction contracts and employment and labor agreements, maintenance agreements (including, without limitation, all janitorial, elevator, scavenger, laundry and landscaping agreements) . iii. all books and records and other documents relating to the Project maintained by Seller or their agents in connection with the ownership and operation of the Project in Seller's Possession which Purchaser may reasonably require .
Building Documents. Except for the Building Documents, the Exception Documents and other materials delivered or made available to Buyer, to Seller's knowledge, there are no other documents or agreements binding on Buyer and/or the Project, after Buyer's acquisition of the Project, which would have a material adverse effect on the value or operation of the Project. Except for proprietary documents that either were executed or delivered in connection with acquisition of the Project by Seller or relate to construction activities at the Project and that are not reasonably necessary for Buyer's ownership, use, operation or management of the Project, copies of all of Seller's books and records relating to the ownership, operation and management of the Project are being delivered to Buyer pursuant to SECTION 3.1 hereof or are available for Buyer's inspection at the property management office at the Project.

Building Documents. OCII will be responsible for providing Public Works with dimensioned plans of the existing building to be used as a basis of code analysis. While minor field verification of specific existing conditions is included with this scope of services, over-all building information shall be provided by OCII.
Building Documents. To the extent that Seller is able to locate same, all service records, documents of title, warranties, maintenance contracts, and any other documents pertaining to the Complex and any mechanical, HVAC and electrical systems, the roof and any structural components of the Complex. To the extent that there are any continuing contractual obligations under any service or maintenance contracts they shall be disclosed to Buyer prior to closing and if not assumed by Buyer, Seller shall obtain written assurances from the applicable vendor that such contracts have been terminated. If a claim is made against Buyer as a result of any such continuing service or maintenance contracts not assumed by Buyer, Seller shall indemnify, defend and hold Buyer harmless. This subsection 4.3(g) shall survive the Closing;
