If any doors are found to be inoperable, or windows are found to be broken, JCI will report the deficiency to the Customer in writing prior to JCI retrofitting the seals and will not proceed to retrofit the seals unless and until Customer has repaired or replaced such door(s) or window(s) or has authorized JCI to proceed with retrofitting the seals. • Repair or replacement of existing brick or other masonry materials/systems is excluded in this scope of work, unless said repair or replacement is required due to the acts or omissions of JCI. • The scope of work does not include the repair or installation of any structural systems. • If the project is comp...
