Building F Commencement Date Clause Samples

Building F Commencement Date. Notwithstanding anything in the Lease to the contrary, the Initial F Premises and the Additional F Premises shall be constructed by Landlord simultaneously (rather than in phases), and the Lease with respect to Building F shall commence on the date (the “Building F Commencement Date”) that the Tenant Improvements in the Initial F Premises and Additional F Premises are Substantially Completed (as defined in the Original Lease). All references in the Lease to the “Initial F Premises Commencement Date” and the “Additional F Premises Commencement Date” shall instead refer to the “Building F Commencement Date”. The Building F Commencement Date is estimated to occur on January 15, 2013 (the “Target Building F Commencement Date”).
