Building Materials Exemption. The Department shall issue a Certificate of Exemption which shall exempt the Company from any State or local use tax or retailers' occupation tax on building materials for the construction of the Project facilities. The Building Materials Exemption shall expire 5 years after Company’s receipt of the certificate from the Department.
