Common use of Building Permits, Licenses, Etc Clause in Contracts

Building Permits, Licenses, Etc. If required by Lender, Borrower shall have submitted to Lender evidence for the applicable Project of (i) building permits for the construction of the Homes (ii) all necessary permits, licenses and approvals (including without limitation any required consumer disclosure reports and approvals prior to the sale of any Homes) in connection with the sale of said Homes, and/or (iii) Architectural Control Committee and other approvals, if any, required under any CC&Rs affecting the Property.
