Common use of BUILDING PLANNING Clause in Contracts

BUILDING PLANNING. In the event Landlord requires the Premises for use in conjunction with another suite or for other reasons connected with the Building planning program, upon notifying Tenant in writing, Landlord shall have the right to move Tenant to another space in the Building at Landlord's sole cost and expense, including all of Tenant's moving expenses, telephone installation and stationery reprinting charges, and the terms and conditions of the original Lease shall remain in full force and effect, save and excepting that a revised Exhibit "A" shall become part of this Lease and shall reflect the location of the new space and this Lease shall be amended to include and state all correct data as to the new space.

In the event Landlord requires the Premises for use in conjunction with another suite or for other reasons connected with the Building planning program, upon notifying Tenant in writing, Landlord shall have the right to move Tenant to another other comparable space in the Building of which the Premises forms a part, at Landlord's sole cost and expense, expense including all of Tenant's moving expenses, telephone installation and stationery reprinting charges, and the terms and conditions of the original Lease shall remain in full force and effect, save and excepting that a revised Exhibit "A" shall become part of this Lease and shall reflect the location of the new space and Paragraph 1 of this Lease shall be amended to include and state all correct data as to the new space.

In the event Landlord requires the Premises for use in conjunction with another suite or for other reasons connected with the Building planning program, upon notifying Tenant in writing, Landlord shall have the right right, during the months of January through June in any calendar year, to move Tenant to another space in the Building at Landlord's sole cost and expense, including all of Tenant's moving expenses, telephone installation and stationery reprinting charges, and the terms and conditions of the original Lease shall remain in full force and effect, save and excepting that a revised Exhibit EXHIBIT "A" shall become part of this Lease and shall reflect the location of the new space and this Lease shall be amended to include and state all correct data as to the new space.

In the event Landlord requires the Premises for use in conjunction with another suite or for other reasons connected with the Building planning program, program upon notifying Tenant in writing, Landlord shall have the right to move Tenant to another other comparable space in the Building of which the Premises forms a part, at Landlord's sole cost and expense, including all of Tenant's moving expenses, telephone installation and stationery reprinting charges, and the terms and conditions of the original Lease shall remain in full force and effect, effect save and excepting that a revised Exhibit "A" shall become part of this Lease and shall reflect the location of the new space and Paragraph I of this Lease shall be amended to include and state all correct data as to the new space.
