Building Principal/Superintendent-Initiated Transfers. The Building Principal shall identify the reason(s) for recommending the teacher’s transfer in writing, if requested, and discuss the reasons with the staff member involved. Transfer in the elementary and middle school is by grade level; transfer in high school is a transfer within present certificated/licensed subject areas.
