Common use of Building Rules Clause in Contracts

Building Rules. Tenant shall comply with, and Tenant shall cause its licensees, employees, contractors, agents and invitees to comply with, the rules of the Building set forth in Exhibit C, as the same may be reasonably modified or supplemented by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and the Building and for preservation of good order therein. Landlord shall not be obligated to enforce the rules of the Building against Tenant or any other tenant of the Building or any other party, and Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant by reason of the violation by any tenant or other party of the rules of the Building; provided, that Landlord shall not enforce the rules of the Building in a manner which discriminates against Tenant. If any rule of the Building shall conflict with any provision of this Lease, such provision of this Lease shall govern.

If any rule of the Building shall conflict with any provision of this Lease, such provision of this Lease shall govern.

Landlord shall not be obligated to enforce the rules of the Building against Tenant or any other tenant of the Building or any other party, and Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant by reason of the violation by any tenant or other party of the rules of the Building; provided, that Landlord shall not enforce the rules of the Building in a manner which discriminates against TenantTenant (it being understood that rules may have varying impact on tenants, taking into account differences in their use and business operations). If any rule of the Building shall conflict with any provision of this Lease, such provision of this Lease shall govern.

Landlord shall not be obligated to enforce the rules of the Building against Tenant or any other tenant of the Building or any other party, and Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant by reason of the violation by any tenant or other party of the rules of the Building; provided, that Landlord shall not enforce the rules of the Building in a manner which discriminates against Tenant. If any rule of the Building shall conflict with any provision of this Lease, such provision of this Lease shall govern.

Building Rules. Tenant Tenant’s uses of the Premises and the Real Property shall comply with, and Tenant shall cause its licensees, employees, contractors, agents and invitees to comply with, the rules of the Building set forth in Exhibit C, as the same may be reasonably modified or supplemented adopted and altered by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and the Building and for preservation of good order therein, all of which shall be communicated by Landlord to Tenant and shall be thereafter carried out and observed by Tenant, its agents, contractors, employees, invitees and licensees. Landlord shall not be obligated to enforce the rules of the Building against Tenant or any other tenant of the Building or any other party, and Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant by reason of liable for the violation by any tenant or other party of the rules of the Building; provided, that Landlord shall not enforce the . The initial rules of the Building are set forth in a manner which discriminates against Tenant. Exhibit D. If any rule of the Building shall conflict with any provision of this Lease, such provision of this Lease shall govern.

If any rule of the Building shall conflict with any provision of this Lease, such provision of this Lease shall govern.
