Common use of Building Rules Clause in Contracts

Building Rules. Rules and Regulations for the Premises and the Building in effect on the date of this Lease are attached as Exhibit ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will have the right to adopt different or additional reasonable rules and regulations for the entire Building, and to rescind or amend the attached rules and regulations, from time to time. Tenant will abide by the rules and regulations then in force and will cause Tenant's employees to observe and comply with them.
