Building Ventilation. Roof or wall mounted ventilation fans and intake louvers will be provided to maintain the turbine hall, water treatment area, diesel generator rooms, and maintenance/warehouse areas to a temperature of 95F or less if required during the average ambient conditions and within 15F of the ambient temperature during high summer temperatures as measured at the STG operating floor and the platform at the CTG roof elevation.
Building Ventilation. Premises shall comply with Title 8, Section 5142, California Code of Regulations, "Mechanically Driven Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems" to provide minimum building ventilation. Provided, however, that Landlord may terminate this Lease Agreement should it decide that repair expenses, do not merit the continuance of this Lease Agreement. Tenant shall be given notice by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of said decision and notice shall provide Tenant adequate time to make other arrangements.
Building Ventilation. 1. The dwelling must be evaluated for compliance with Section 4 of the ASHRAE 62.2‐2010 Ventilation and Acceptable Indoor Air Quality in Low‐Rise Residential Buildings.
2. In no case shall the whole building ventilation rate be reduced below minimum whole‐ building ventilation requirements of ASHRAE 62.2 standards.
3. Where ventilation rates do not meet ASHRAE 62.2 standards, mechanical ventilation shall be provided to maintain minimum ventilation rates.
4. Existing exhaust ventilation discharge must be evaluated for proper discharge location.
a. Relocation of exhaust vents may be required if located too close to fresh air intakes of the dwelling.
